Damage and Loses
The tenant is responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. The tenant will be asked to pay for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.

The owner reserves the right to repossess the villa, with no refund, if the tenant or any member of the tenant’s party causes excessive damage or nuisance, or engages in unlawful activities.

Limitation of Liability
By confirming a booking with Bali Beach Pad, you as the tenant, acknowledge and agree that the owners of the villa, are not liable to yourself, or anyone in your party or any other guest of yours for; injury, sickness, loss or damage to personal belongings, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by, or arising out of the villa’s use by the tenant or their guests.
Recommended, that guests with medical, damage and loss concerns, enquire and provide themselves with appropriate travel and overseas insurance
